On July 16th from 4-6pm, meet adoptable dogs, sip on cold beer, and enjoy food from the Gobble Gobble Food Truck. No Kill South Carolina, Palmetto Brewing Company, WCSC Live 5 News, Southern Eagle, and Cupcake DownSouth have joined forces with the annual Rescue Brew Spokesdog and Spokescat contest. One winning dog and one winning cat will have their image on the new release of the 2021 Rescue Brew beer this fall. The Rescue Brew beer is a limited batch production by Palmetto Brewing. Nominate your cat or dog from July 15th to August 15th, Vote for your favorites from August 16th to September 17th. 6 Finalists, 3 cat nominations and 3 dog nominations, will each have two free tickets to attend the October 16th Applause for Paws Frisky a Go Go Gala where the winners will be announced.
